First Transit Drivers provide transportation via LA Access within Antelope Valley. Each day our drivers transport individuals who rely on our service to doctors’ appointments, work, grocery stores, and much, much more! • $19.64/hr. Experienced drivers may be placed in the wage progression scale based on the number of years driving passenger transportation.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting in the boarding of passengers using wheelchairs or other mobility aids and properly secure wheelchairs and scooters
• Safely transporting passengers in a safe, courteous, and reliable manner throughout the service area

We want you to drive with us, if you:

• Subject to DOT drug testing. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
• Have good verbal communication skills
• Have held a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Are at least 21 years old
