The Seasonal Driver Helper is responsible for assisting CDL Drivers with loading, unloading and delivering product to customer locations on designated routes. In this role, the Seasonal Driver Helper is also responsible for stocking product on shelves and in coolers while ensuring that appropriate rotation standards are maintained. Seasonal role runs thru the end of September. Hours are Monday thru Friday 5:30am until the route is complete. Hourly wage is $19.00.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Pick up company property and returns
  • Provide superior customer service and foster relationships with store management and personnel
  • Travel with a Driver throughout the day to deliver and fill merchandise and rotate products at customer accounts
  • Merchandise, display and rotate products according to company standards
  • Reload truck with customer returns, empty shells and pallets
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of general work experience required
  • Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach
  • Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years of experience working in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing or related field preferred
  • Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
