Driver Class B Jobs

Full-Time :Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4PM. Once per month, you will transport residents to and from church on Sunday 8:0AM-12PM

Park Vista is hiring a Class B Driver! The Driver is responsible for the timely and safe transporting of Residents to various individual and group activities. You utilize company sedans, vans, and busses (no air brakes) to transport residents within a 7-mile radius.

• Accurately records vehicle mileage and Resident attendance for all scheduled transportation. Maintains logs for CHP inspections.
• Provides outstanding customer service to Residents, family members and employees.
• Completes a safety check of the vehicle before transporting Residents to and from scheduled trips or activities.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the vehicle, inside and out.
• Picks up and safely delivers Residents to all scheduled activities where transportation is needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

What You Will Bring
Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.

• Must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License, Class B, with Passenger Endorsement. Must have a good driving record.
• High school education preferred. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic
• Legally Authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to maintain a courteous, friendly and helpful attitude with the Residents at all times.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.
• Must be able to interpret and follow map directions.
