Driver Check-In (Inventory) Jobs

Position Overview

Role Summary:

This role is responsible for verifying that the driver has completed his/her route according to Jake’s return policy, to include the return of pallets, totes, blankets, and other company property.

Position Responsibilities

Core responsibilities of the Driver Check-in include but not limited to:

• All invoice adjustments are accurately recorded to ensure proper credits to our customers. Policy
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and laws.
• Performs job safely.
• Hold drivers accountable to bring back all Proof of Delivery.
• Safely operates Material Handling Equipment to accurately return and record items returned to stock.
• Communicate with various departments to ensure proper procedures are being adhered to.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Must pass all screens
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Willing to work additional hours, holidays and weekends as requested

• Stooping, bending, and twisting may be required in completion of job duties
• Ability to work in cooler temperature zones as low as -20 degrees
