We are seeking a Residential Drafter to draft & design residential plans for a wide variety of clientele. This is a role that has time & quality demands.

What You Will Do:

• You will use Revit Architectural software to draft plans related to new construction, remodeling, additions & outbuildings.
• You will stay up to date with various regional building code requirements and apply that knowledge to your projects.
• You will have variety in your role by focusing on several different projects throughout the day. Not necessarily at the same time, but be able to switch back and forth.
• You will efficiently and accurately extract information from our clients, that will provide you with the information needed to complete drafting projects.

What You Need to Succeed:

• You need critical thinking, including creative development skills, requirements analysis capabilities, and proven problem-solving skills.
• You have experience working with MS office.
• You have strong time management & communication skills.
• You have a minimum of 6 months’ experience using Revit to draft residential construction plans.
• You need to be dependable, organized and enjoy working in a changing/fast paced environment. We are Agile!
