Revit Modelers confidently collaborate with multiple teams to create effective sales plans, construct accurate structural options, and generate precise purchase orders all while meeting strict deadlines. Their work requires seamless coordination with sales and selection teams, estimating teams, purchasing teams, and construction teams to ensure a successful outcome.

Outcomes:

• Accurate plans & purchase orders.
• KPI- Produce pre-construction & construction drawings for 6 home starts per month.
• KPI- All structural options are built out 8 business days prior to breaking ground.
• Constantly looking for ways to value engineer floorplans.
• KPI- Visit 2 sites per quarter.
• KPI- Invest 10% of your time building out standard structural options on current portfolio plans.
• KPI- Present one new plan concept per quarter

• Ability to analyze situations, consider options, and decide on actions quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, or Chief Architect software.
• Capable of learning and utilizing homebuilding software.
• Ability to prioritize urgency vs importance.
• Maintain a high energy level and be a steward of Brown Haven.
• Drafting experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.
• High level of professionalism in both demeanor and appearance.
