*Starting at $20/ hour* Rosedale is hiring a Doorman. The Doorman is the first point of contact our guests encounter when entering our establishment. We expect exceptional, friendly service, along with a strong work ethic. Work with us to make great money, have fun, and be part of an awesome team!

Rosedale, also known as Over-the-Rhine’s backyard, includes a patio that features two premium bocce ball courts with courtside seating and a number of outdoor games. In the cooler months, crackling firepits provide warmth for guests seeking to retreat to the outdoors. Indoor entertainment consists of a pool table and classic arcade games, as well as several HDTVs to broadcast popular sporting programming and special events. A standing special menu is available and rotates monthly with a selection of beers, shots, and cocktails.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• Assist in private parties as needed, including setup, tear down, cleaning, and assisting guests with their belongings to their cars
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Work well under pressure
• Enforce rules to keep the location fun and safe, and remove guests if needed
• Well-spoken individual with ability to effectively interact with guests and staff
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Clean and remove trash throughout bar, including patios
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
• Maintain lines and crowd control
• Be a good teammate
• Greet guests in a friendly way and check IDs as they enter the establishment
• Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
