About You: Strong knowledge of fundraising strategies and best practices Candidates with prospect research experience given preference Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical end users Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience Experience : M inimum of 3 years of experience working with Raiser’s Edge, with proven skills in database management and advancement required About the Opportunity: Wage: $24 - $26/hour - DOE 40/hours week; Monday - Friday in office hours required 1 to 2 times per month Job Summary: The Donor Database Coordinator ensures overall data accuracy and integrity, analytics and reporting, provides end-user training and support, creates dashboards, and executes complex importing/exporting and ongoing data analysis. Serving as the primary point of contact for RENXT, the Donor Database Coordinator will address technical issues and questions as well as liaison with other teams to support cross-departmental functions. This position will play a key role in developing and implementing policies and business rules related to data entry and management, develop targeted mailing lists, and work with the Finance Department to ensure smooth financial reconciliation processes.
