Job Description

Scope:

The District Manager-QSR is responsible for branded quick service restaurants in the Company’s portfolio. This position oversees the day-to-day operations, training, and implementation of the Company’s key initiatives. This position is responsible for brand compliance, food safety, and financial results while following company policies and procedures.


Responsibilities:

  • Works to create and maintain an enjoyable and respectful environment for customers and employees.
  • Develops and motivates site managers and their employees to achieve increasing customer counts and satisfaction while meeting sales & profit objectives in both QSR operations.
  • Maintains compliance with all employer’s employment policies and brand standards to include all state, local and federal regulations.
  • Ensures that proper safety procedures are in place to protect employees, guests, and company.
  • Understand and implement budgets and forecasts for sales, food costs and all operational expenses.
  • Implement & execute cost controls in accordance with food service budgets to ensure profit margins & ROIs.
  • Serves as a secondary contact with the brands represented and develops and maintains relationships accordingly.
  • Attracts, hires, develops and coaches team members to achieve effectiveness and results by keying in on sales focus, communication, store service, and personal development.
  • Monitor all food service activity to ensure excellent customer service, profitability, safety and brand compliance.
  • Implements key initiatives of both the brands represented and the Company while reporting to the Director of Operations and Vice President of Food.
  • Ensures all equipment and facilities are in compliance with brand standards and all government regulations and takes corrective action when required.
  • Conduct inventory/labor audits on a regular basis in accordance with Company policy.
  • Manages procurement of all related food items, supplies and services for food service operations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and follow up skills.
  • Ability to work and lead independently.
  • 5+ years of experience with multi-unit nationally recognized QSR Brands.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings and additional shifts as needed.
  • Must have knowledge of food service Health & Safety regulations & compliance.
  • Available to travel up to 80% of the time.
  • Excellent knowledge of brand compliance.
