Distribution Coordinator Shipping/Receiving - 1St Shift

Shift Details: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm *Required Overtime will be mandatory. Up to 4 hours daily depending on company needs. Weekend production will be required on a needed basis.

Pay: Experience Based Pay

Bonus: $1000 sign on bonus (Total)

Responsibilities

• Able to work OT as needed upon request.
• Assisting in the investigation of shipping and inventory discrepancies.
• Ordering Office Supplies
• Scheduling Carrier pickups
• Updating Shipping preferences for Customers
• Receiving Customer Returns
• Data entry for DC communications and KPI’s

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred
• Import/Export knowledge preferred
• 1-3 years experience in related field preferred
• Efficient in SAP and EXCEL preferred
• Computer Skills preferred
