Currently we are looking for our next:
Distribution Center Manager - Second Shift (11AM - 9PM) Sunday - Thursday
Responsibilities
- Second Shift (11AM - 9PM) Sunday - Thursday
- Schedule the receiving and delivery of raw materials/finished products in a timely manner
- Ensure the optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needs
- Maintain the inventory system to aid in production scheduling
- Ensure the team is adequately staffed, managed and trained
- Provide timely service to sales department while minimizing warehouse and production costs
- Utilize docks, warehouse layout and route truck loading patterns that minimize loading time
- Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards
- Supervise warehouse loaders within the warehouse
Compensation & Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $62,700 - $92,650• Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement• In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Experience in consumer packaged goods or a related industry a plus
Work Experience:
- Demonstrated planning and organization skills
- Demonstrated front-line supervisory skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
- 1 year of Operations or Logistics experience DESIRED
