Position: Dispute and Reconciliation Specialist
Location: Westborough, MA- Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Type: 6 month contract (probability for extension)
Pay: Up to $30/hour
Essential Job Functions:
- Document deductions accurately in reports and system tools
- Review validity of deductions with internal teams
- Independently manage accounts with minimal supervision
- Research and find solutions for uncommon issues or inquiries
- Perform additional assigned duties
- Support customer experience enhancement and revenue goals
- Manage time effectively and organize customer follow-ups
- Resolve issues and answer questions with limited information
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer communications
- Handle multiple projects/tasks with speed and accuracy
- Meet or exceed department attendance standards
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Understanding of contracts
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills
- 3+ years of related work experience in Fortune 500 account dispute and reconciliation
- Familiarity with sales, CRM tools, and commercial billing systems (Oracle Preferred)
- Strong English language communication skills
- Proactive and adaptable nature
- Customer relationship management experience
- Ability to analyze complex data and information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate to advanced)
- Aptitude for learning and working in a team
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Cash management or accounts receivable experience
- Judgment, initiative, and sense of urgency
