Description

• Prepares the restaurant for its daily operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Inspects dining room serving stations, dining tables and work areas for efficiency, neatness and cleanliness.
• Assists in bar and other locations when deemed necessary by management.
• Assists Commissary Manager as needed.
• Dependability, good attendance, and occasional overtime required.
• Observes and reports all safety issues to Commissary Manager.
• May be required to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and/or mandatory work days as scheduled.

Qualifications

Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic reading and math skills. Ability to work independently. Experience stocking food items and assisting Commissary Manager is preferred. Ability to listen actively and follow instructions. Ability to work as a team. Ability to clean and sanitize work areas in accordance with established procedures. Should be organized. Safety- and sanitation-conscious. Ability to work well under pressure of a fast-paced environment. Basic troubleshooting techniques.
