Dishwasher Jobs

Assist with keeping supplies in rotation for service. Complete general utility duties such as the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen, while performing all other responsibilities as directed by management. Clean utensils, pots and pans by washing them by hand or place them in a dishwashing machine and return them to their proper place. Clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and other equipment.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean cooking and service supplies with urgency to keep them available for service. Use the dishwashing machine or triple sinks according to instruction and food safety procedures.

Maintain proper storage of dishes, silverware, and glassware. Carefully handle materials to avoid breakage.

Remove trash and garbage to designated areas. Sweep, mop, and scrub floors. Clean the wall, window, counters, and trash cans.

Follows all security and safety procedures established by management.

Interact with guests, team members, and supervisors in a friendly, enthusiastic and respectful manner.

Essential Physical Requirements:

• Some exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, and humidity.
• Able to stand during the entire shift.
• Reaches, bends, squats and lifts.
• Carries plates, lifts glass racks, and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds up to 20 times per shift.
