Responsibilities:

• Adhere to proper food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Collaborate with the BOH and FOH teams to maintain an efficient flow of dishes and utensils during busy periods.
• Keep dishwashing area clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and removing trash.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and facilities.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Willing to stand on your feet for long periods of time
• Attention to detail and ability to follow proper sanitation protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy dish loads.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• No previous experience required; we provide on-the-job training!
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
