Requirements
  • Work in an environment where smoke, fumes, steam, and other airborne particles may be present
  • Experience is not required; training is available on the job for the right candidate!
  • Work around, handle, operate, and control hot equipment and products in a safe manner

Responsibilities
  • Ensure health codes are followed.
  • Provide guest service by assuring that all tableware, glassware, and cooking utensils are sanitary and clean.
  • Ensure that guest health is protected by always using the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
