Responsibilities:

• Be ready and willing to step in to support other kitchen staff when necessary, demonstrating your commitment to teamwork and excellent service.
• Strictly adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations, contributing to a safe and healthy kitchen environment.
• Handle kitchen waste responsibly and sustainably, keeping the workspace clean and uncluttered.
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team, ensuring smooth and efficient back-of-house operations.
• Efficiently wash, sanitize, and restock dishes and utensils, ensuring they're always ready for use.
• Assist with unloading and storing kitchen supplies when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen, covering all areas such as work surfaces, floors, and kitchen equipment.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with food safety regulations and a strong commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the capability to multitask effectively even under pressure.
• A great team player, with the ability to work cohesively within a diverse team environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• A positive, proactive attitude, demonstrating your readiness to contribute to a high-standard kitchen operation.
• Physical resilience, with the ability to lift heavy items, stand for extended periods, and efficiently work in a busy environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably as a Dishwasher or in a similar role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
