Clean dishes, sparkling glasses, and spotless silverware - these attract our guests' attention immediately and tell them a story about the cleanliness of our kitchen. Your job as a Dish Teammate is key to this being a positive experience. Your actions in accurately executing the Dish Line let our guests know that we care about them. You create Mongo Magic so that each and every guest leave happy.
Requirements
  • Set up a 3 compartment sink and a hand sink
  • Understand how to dispose of broken glass safely.
  • Prioritize items to wash
  • Clean the Dish Area
  • Properly wash dishes and silverware
  • Communicate in a positive manner
  • Know how to properly set up the dish area.
  • Be able to execute a recovery strategy and know when to get a manager involved.
  • Be familiar with proper glassware handling procedures.
  • Bring a professional and well groomed appearance to the job
  • Know how and where to fill and stock dish chemicals.
  • Understand chemical safety and proper storage
  • Learn procedures for taking out the trash.
  • Assist in the kitchen
