Job Description
LEMOINE, a Great Place to Work®-Certified company, is looking for a Disaster Season Restoration Project Manager. The Disaster Season Restoration Project Manager is responsible for contract administration, procurement, subcontract awards, scheduling and costing, oversight of project quality and safety, staff oversight, and mentoring, all in an effort to minimize risk and to keep focus on LEMOINE's Foundations for Successful Execution.


Job Responsibilities


  • Task planning, preparation, execution, and establishing/monitoring baseline/metrics.
  • Work to develop process improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with program leaders and stakeholders to not only deliver high value, and high quality but also to develop the social glue needed to support a high-performance environment.
  • Support QA and monitoring operations/risks, and responsiveness.
  • Manage/report schedule, cost, scope, and quality.
  • Monitors contracts for safety requirements participates in crisis/emergency management planning, and documents compliance while alerting project supervision to hazards and corrective actions.
  • Work closely with the customer, technical leads, and technical program staff to meet contract and project staffing and performance needs.
  • Effectively organizes and prioritizes work to ensure overall program timelines and performance measures are met.
  • Continuous mentorship, training, and setting work schedules to mitigate gaps in service.
  • Organize and oversee technical performance on the contract and ensure delivery of all required deliverables.
  • Provides guidance and leadership to Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, fostering a culture aligned with LEMOINE's Core Values and Foundations for Successful Execution.
  • Communicate regularly with peers within the business unit as well as customers, and Senior Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify and resolve problems and challenges, ensuring sound execution of contracted efforts.
  • Travel is required.
  • Responsible for collecting, analyzing, managing, and reporting key Program and Product Team execution status.
  • Including but not limited to Temporary Labor selection, Equipment procurement and inventory, On-site management, Paperwork accuracy, and Quality Control.


Required Qualifications


  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, and software programs.
  • Solid skills in the areas of math, budgeting, and financial analysis, as well as excellent teamwork, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University in Disaster Recovery, Construction Management, Engineering, or related curriculum or equivalent work experience.
