  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with COO and senior leadership at large to manage the company’s top level priorities and define the company's special project roadmap, aligning with the overall business objectives.
  • Strategy & Process Codification: Support and coach department heads and leaders to better codify strategy documents, develop process artifacts, and help shift PosiGen toward a stronger culture of documentation to drive more efficient operations and change management.
  • Project Execution: Provide process leadership across strategic projects, working with departments to scope, plan, resource, and implement projects to successful completion, all the way through change management.
Competencies

  • Highly developed analytical abilities, excellent judgment, and strong operational focus.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Team focused, knows when to lead when to listen, and when to influence.
