Summary


As a Senior Director/Director, ERP Applications & Solution Architecture you will be an entrusted asset playing a key role in Atom’s Oracle Cloud Transformation Practice. This is an exciting role that requires hands-on implementation, leadership, and problem-solving experience with Oracle Cloud ERP application, primarily Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, etc.), Supply Chain and Manufacturing with high competency in L2-L3 Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2) business processes, among others.


Through this role you will have the opportunity to serve as a Solution Architect Lead on key client projects related to the solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment of Oracle Cloud ERP (Core Financials, Procurement, Expenses, and Revenue Management, among others) applications to drive Finance Transformations.


The role focuses heavily on collaborating internally to build Atom's Technology Cloud ERP practice with onboarding and hiring the best team, developing accelerators, and continuous development of Atom Cloud Center of Excellence. This role will provide you with the excellent opportunity to work with Customer's IT/Business leadership, IT/Business subject matter experts in initiating, planning, designing, implementing, testing, and deploying critical configurations, solutions, business processes in line with an overall solution architecture and implementation strategy.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Lead assessment, design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Financials, Supply chain and Manufacturing.
  • Expand and identify opportunities to expand into other area of technology expertise and ecosystems beyond Oracle.
  • Lead the hands-on configuration in Oracle Cloud Financials (AP, AR, GL, CM, FA), Supply Chain Manufacturing and work with client stakeholders to ensure configurations are in alignment with business requirements.
  • Develop the Practice, including growing the team, business development, and growth to becoming a leading Financial Transformation cloud practice.
  • Lead the architecture of solution options considering Oracle Cloud Financials, Supply Chain and Manufacturing capabilities to address business requirements and business pain points.
  • Partner with clients’ business stakeholders to execute all phases of the implementation lifecycle – requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment in accordance with the Oracle Unified Method (OUM).
  • Lead the hands-on development of custom solutions across Reports, Integrations, Conversions, and Extensions.
  • Manage and drive continuous development of industry-specific accelerators (templates, best practices, automation tools) for faster delivery.
  • Ensure high quality and value-added documentation of functional and technical solution design for review, update, and approval for implementation.


Required Skills/Experience:


  • 10+ years prior experience with Oracle ERP (Financials, SCM, HCM, etc).
  • Take extreme ownership and commitment towards results and getting the job done.
  • Self-driven to achieve the highest standards of service, implementation excellence, and on-time delivery.
  • Oracle Cloud Certifications (Preferred).
  • 5+ years prior experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, with 2-3 full-lifecycle implementations.
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 – Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
