Director Of Student Support Services

Manage all operations, which include retention and intervention efforts. Administers the project budget and comply with all state and federal reporting policies and guidelines. Assist in recruiting and recommending the appointment of all appropriate staff. Ensure that eligible freshman and sophomore students are identified and enrolled in the Student Support programs to receive enhanced instructional support and tutoring. Compile statistical data on the needs and progress of enrolled students and evaluate the effectiveness of project objectives and achievements. Coordinate with the Division of General Studies with meeting programmatic goals.

Bachelor’s Degree required with three (3) years’ experience in student services programs and higher education academic services. Master’s Degree preferred.
