Director Of Project Management

Description

Responsibilities:

• Builds strong partnerships with Branch Management team leaders to support operational strategy in alignment with branch goals
• Create and deliver training materials and deliverables
• Establishing and managing project management administrative processes
• Creating best practices and maintaining the project management process continuity across the division
• Provides operational oversight on high large projects
• Works with leadership to cultivate a strong team-environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field in Business, Construction Management or Civil Engineer preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in construction Project Management related software
• Ability to identify opportunities or recurring challenges, develop solution plans, build consensus among multiple layers of the organization and execute to success
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in construction scheduling software
• Minimum 8 years maintaining a senior level role with strong Project Management experience in the Construction Industry
• Solid working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and accounting in construction related functions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel power user) and other business enterprise software
