We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Management to join our thriving technology company. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading our product management team and overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B SaaS product management and Identity and Access Management industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using these insights to inform product development strategies and decisions.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the Identity and Access Management industry, staying abreast of the latest trends and competitive landscape.
• Regularly solicit and incorporate customer feedback into product development processes to enhance user satisfaction and drive product growth.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring that all products meet market needs and align with our company's strategic goals.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and iteration.

Qualifications

• A track record of successful go-to-market product launches.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the B2B SaaS domain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience soliciting and integrating customer feedback into product development processes.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough market research and use findings to drive product development.
• Proven experience in the Identity and Access Management industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
