📌 Essential Functions / Responsibilities

• User-Centric Approach: Champion a user-centric product development process, ensuring that the needs of K12 students, teachers, administrators, and parents are at the forefront of every product decision.
• Product Strategy: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Learning Management System, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization to product launch and post-launch analysis.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights to inform product decisions and enhancements.

📌 Experience Required

• Demonstrated success in leading and launching innovative products in the education or edtech industry.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in product management, with at least 3 years of experience in educational technology and Learning Management Systems.
• Strong understanding of the K12 education landscape, including current trends and challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
