Job Description
Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is currently accepting resumes for a Director of Outpatient Services to lead our Outpatient Satellites! We have offices located in Enid, Woodward, Alva, Fariview and Guymon. The Director of Outpatient Services plans, organizes, directs and administers the outpatient services of DMHSAS to include the supervision of all satellite offices through Satellite Coordinators. This director assumes responsibility for the effective utilization of outpatient resources to accomplish the stated goals and objectives of a comprehensive community mental health center.


Job Type/ Salary:
  • 5% Longevity Incentive at 1 Year and 3 Year DMHSAS service! Salaries up to $84,893!
  • Number of Vacancies: One (1)
  • FLSA Status: Exempt
  • Salary range is based on experience, tenure and certification
  • Holiday Differentials $3.00 per hour
  • Preference may be given to individuals who are licensed
  • Full Time
  • Annual Salary: $73,000 - $84,893
  • Total Compensation up to $100,000 + includes base salary, retirement, State paid benefit allowance to help pay for your benefit elections and longevity incentives! (based on the number of covered dependents - includes longevity payments

Education and Experience:


Master’s Degree in psychology, sociology, social work or closely related field, and five years of experience in outpatient mental health programs, including three years of experience in an administrative or supervisory capacity; OR equivalent education and experience.


OR


Possession of a valid permanent OK registered nurse license as approved by the OK State Board of Nursing Registration and six years experience as a registered nurse performing professional psychiatric nursing in outpatient mental health programs, including three years of experience in an administrative or supervisory capacity.


No substitution will be allowed for the required administrative or supervisory experience.

Special Requirements:


  • Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background.
  • (if Required) Applicants must submit to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and be able to pull a maximum force of 25 pounds.
  • Must possess a US driver’s license to perform job related travel if necessary.
  • Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.
