Director Of Operations~ Residential Construction: $150K - $175K + Signing Bonus + Relocation Assistance

TGG Accounting has partnered with a Speciality Construction group based in the Charleston area. The group is looking to add an experienced Operations or General Manager to its established team.

Objectives of this role

• Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
• Develop a strategic plan for optimized productivity
• Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals
• Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
• Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans

Required skills and qualifications

• Strong decision-making ability
• Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans
• Proven success in a managerial role
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
• Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable
• Strong working knowledge of operational procedures

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Experience in conducting performance evaluations
• Working knowledge of human-resources processes
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business management or a related field

Salary: $150K - $175K plus commission + signing bonus
