Director Operations (Business Partner )
1)Responsible for registration and business development of CVSP in his/her country/State of residence. . .
2)Understand the local area, language and market involved, and accordingly define and introduce the right strategy and make sure CVSP establishes itself successfully in the country .
3)Wear all the hats, including those of regional CEO, marketing director, intermediary between the CVSP head office and his/her country office of CVSP
4)Acts as a good strategist, unafraid to get things done, and someone the team can rely on.
5)As a brand ambassador and country representative, educates CVSP about the country’s needs so it can successfully establish itself and brief the teams working on CVSP's expansion plan about the needs, priorities, KPIs and reasons behind the applied strategy.
6)He/she should prove the market has potential. This also means bringing in revenue
7) Any other task assigned by CVSP
