VDO.AI is a video advertising platform that helps web publishers access the power of video content and advertising, boosting their monetization by up to 50%. Our proprietary technology platform provides the video player, video streaming, video content and video advertising in an end to end offering to some of the biggest publishers on the internet. The aim is to integrate the best advertisers with qualified publishers, to enable a high value video advertising ecosystem to thrive.

As Director of Operations, you will oversee our operations in the US and be responsible for managing and optimizing the operational aspects of our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of our services and support the growth of our platform. Your role will involve managing processes, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the technology team to identify and resolve any operational issues.
• Handle overall US operations including compliances related to US rules and regulations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to support the growth and scalability of our platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
• Streamline internal processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement new tools and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in operations management ideally within the advertising space but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel to our head office in Vancouver.
• Proven track record of optimizing operational processes and workflows.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
