Role: Director of Network and Security

Location: REMOTE (West Coast Hours - Las Vegas preferred)

States NOT approved for remote work are: Tennessee, Kansas, Alaska, Massachusetts, Montana and Vermont.

All other states are fine.

Pay Rate: $170,000-180,000 + 25% bonus

Must haves:

• Experience with systems management software (InTune, Jamf, Landscape)
• Solid experience using zScaler or similar proxy services
• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Familiar with IT Security concepts, design principles, best practices, standards, and processes
• Firewall technologies including nextgen application firewalls, appliances and physical devices
• Experience with network configuration and administration with Azure, Silver Peak, Aruba and Checkpoint
• Deep understanding of firewall configurations and deployments in both an on-prem and cloud-based environment, such as WAF
• Prior leadership experience
• Strong skills to manage complex routing and VPN environments in both an on-prem and cloud infrastructure

Plusses:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field

Day to day:

Insight Global is seeking a Director of Network and Security to join our clients IT team. This person will oversee the Senior Manager of IT Security as well as a team of network and security engineers. This person will be responsible for security configuration management, patch management, certification management, assessment and remediation actions of firmware, firewall rules, proxy rules, and all endpoints. This role will partner with the cybersecurity team to drive the secure configurations of the company.
