Job Details


We are seeking an experienced Director of Mental Health Services to lead our team in the Hospice and Home Health industry. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients by providing exceptional mental health services. As the Mental Health Services Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes, managing budgets, and leading a team of dedicated professionals. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care.


Responsibilities


  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight to mental health professionals
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of mental health professionals
  • Manage budgets and ensure financial sustainability of mental health services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to mental health services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Ensure that all mental health services are provided in a culturally sensitive and appropriate manner
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care to patients
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in mental health services


Qualifications


  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Experience managing budgets and leading teams
  • Medical degree and board certification in psychiatry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Extensive knowledge in best practices, treatment modalities, and emerging trends
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • 5+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health and psychiatry
  • Willingness to travel to other markets as needed (NJ, VA, NY, PA, GA)
