Job Description

Summary:

The Marketing Director of LUMA Residential will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development and implementation of marketing and advertising strategies for assets under management, and for the company overall. You will assist in the development and monitoring of company policies and procedures related to property marketing and advertising, as well as assist with special projects, administrative tasks, and other related work. Travel may be required and reasonable use of vehicle may be required from time to time. You will work as a leader to assist LUMA Residential in pursuit of its mission.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Thorough understanding of market developments.
  • Multifamily property management experience preferred.
  • Must possess and maintain a current (active) drivers license at all times
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Publisher, Yardi marketing suite or other design software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • At least five years of experience in marketing, advertising, and long-range planning required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Must possess or have available a motor vehicle with current insurance at all times
