Director Of Fp&A

Our client, a high-profile non-profit organization in Arlington, VA, seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to manage the association’s FP&A function. Position oversees strategic planning, forecasting, business analytics, performance reporting, P/L management, and investment strategy. Role will be responsible for key financial metrics to drive decision making. Position leads a large team, reports to the Controller, and will collaborate with business unit leadership across the organization. A minimum of 10+ years’ experience in finance/accounting required. NFP experience a plus. Compensation targeted up to 180K base + bonus + excellent benefits. Role is a hybrid role requiring three days/week in the office.
