Director Of Financial Planning And Analysis

One of most well respected financial firms in Charlotte is looking for a financial manager and director. This position is hybrid with the possibility of additional flexibility based on performance. This is not an entry level position and will require technical proficiency, CFA or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly monitor and support stakeholders through profitability and business performance stabilization
• Assist the accounting department with month end close as needed
• Needs for strong understanding of relevant KPIs for general business operations
• Manage FP&A for individual business units

Qualifications

• 5 year minimum experience in Finance with a focus on corporate finance
• CFA or MBA Preferred
• Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Accounting or related fields
• Advanced knowledge of of business operations and planning processes
