FP&A, Director

Baltimore (Hybrid)

$140K - $160K+ Base + Bonus + Great Benefits

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with Senior Management to identify key financial drivers and opportunities for growth
  • Developing the annual budget and updating the rolling forecast
  • Provide strategic guidance to drive informed decision-making


The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years in a senior finance role with direct reports. Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting and reporting as well as a deep understanding of banking is required.
