Director Of Finance Jobs

The Director of Finance will oversee Grant & Medicaid Financial Preparation, Medicaid Billing, annual audits of grants, as well as have a thorough understanding of Medicaid funding in order to complete budgets and RFPs.

This Person Will

• Understand Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) to ensure compliance with Medicaid and Federal grants.
• Have a thorough understanding of Allowable Cost, Cost Allocation Methodologies, Federal Policies/Procedures and Procurement Rules.
• Have a strong foundation Federal Grant Funded Programs.
• Experience working with the Office of Refugee Resettlement is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required. Master's Degree preferred.
• Experience within the human and or juvenile services industry
• Strong proven analytical experience
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience related to strategic planning and development.
