The TRG Growth Practice has recently been engaged by one of our top Industrial & Manufacturing clients in the Mid-Atlantic to help on-board a Senior Manager, Process Excellence to help them with driving the Lean Operating System across a cluster of locations throughout North America.

This role will coach and lead talent both directly and indirectly on Excellence Initiatives from the Plant Floor to Back Office and Commercial Excellence Improvements.

We are looking for a highly motivated LEADER that would like to springboard into broader OPEX oversight or P&L Management.

Desired Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred)

· 5+ years working with Lean Manufacturing or Operations Leadership

· Strong Lean Management Skills + Bias for Action
