In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth internal operations, utilizing a data-driven approach to optimize efficiency and support our programs throughout Maine. As the Director of Business Services, you will be responsible for equipping our programs with the necessary data, tools, and information to achieve their objectives and deliver exceptional services to our participants. You will oversee the tracking of performance and compliance with contractual obligations, ensuring that targets are met and industry standards are upheld.

In order to facilitate seamless operations, you will provide training to staff on Standard Operating Procedures, Workflow processes, Microsoft Teams, and the utilization of our specialized software, FedcapCARES.   • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human services, or a related discipline


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working as a business analyst in public administration, health administration, non-profit management, social services, business administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with management information systems
  • Master's degree
