Job Description

Blacklock Financial are partnered with a top, mid-market, investment bank who are looking to add a TMT-focused Vice President/Director/Managing Director to the team. Experience in origination within software and internet verticals is imperative.


Responsibilities


VP's/D's/MD's are involved in all phases of origination and execution including:


  • Business Development - Identifying, qualifying, and creating new prospect leads
  • Oversee the execution process and lead all strategic development
  • Oversee the creation of financial models
  • Assist the larger team in firm building activities
  • Lead and develop your target sectors
  • Managing relationships and overseeing all client communication


Qualifications


  • Minimum 5 years of TMT M&A experience
  • 10+ years of experience in M&A advisory
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Run an effective and capable team
  • Elite financial analysis and modelling skills
  • Excellent presentational skills
  • Relationship builder - business development & in-office
  • Problem solver!
  • Top-tier academic background
  • Lead an integral role in the growth of the company


Base salary - $250k+
