The Corporate office is seeking a Director, Industrial Security position responsible for the supervision and management of all International Security reporting directly to our Vice President & Chief Security Officer. This leadership role is responsible with leading the International Security Team to ensure alignment with the enterprise strategy and goals. Furthermore, this position will liaison with senior level executive, as well as external and internal customers; ensuring consistent enterprise messaging and collaboration, continuous communication, and collaboration across the countries to drive the effective implementation of the international security requirements. This individual is responsible for the implementation of, and compliance with, all L3Harris Security policies, standards, processes, and systems relating to International Security.

Essential Functions:

  • Ensure that international employees are following Security policies and procedures for safeguarding proprietary, competition sensitive, and company most private information
  • Coordinates insider threat and international traveler training
  • Serves as the Enterprise International Security SME
  • Willing to work extended hours, in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Participate with the country security leads to assess active threats of terrorism, crime, social unrest / protest / demonstrations, kidnappings, the reliability of host country infrastructure and security forces, as well as regional and country challenges
  • Analyzing and creating threat assessments
  • Review international physical security plans for residential and company facilities
  • Maintain liaisons with U.S. Government sources
  • Supporting international travel for employees to high-risk areas
  • Participate in Capture and Proposals
  • Develop solutions to problems of unusual complexity that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation
  • Develop / revise Emergency response and Evacuation plans and ensure these plans are complete and up to date
  • Coordinate and provide executive protection for Senior leadership team on international trips to high-risk destinations
  • Matrixed supervision of international assets
  • Develop standard guidelines for international opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's with 15 years prior international security experience, Graduate Degree with 13 years prior international security experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior international security experience
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience planning security for international events
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in international security and internatinal security travel
  • Minimum of 12 years of work experience managing others
  • Top Secret security clearance required
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience with ITAP; expertise using information systems to track and maintain contact with high volumes of travelers

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience interacting positively with Senior leadership
  • Effective leadership capabilities; uncompromising integrity and ethics; and a demonstrated ability to deliver global security excellence
  • US Government or corporate counterintelligence experience
  • Experience with information security procedures
  • Ability to plan, schedule, and arrange activities in accomplishing objectives
  • Ability to collect and analyze intelligence from multiple sources

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $118,500 - $219,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
