Witco is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Direct Support Professionals for our Residential programs.


9:00 am. to 5:00 pm. Weekdays and Weekends


Witco is a nonprofit human services organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities achieve life goals.


The Direct Support Professional provides in home services to the individual in a group home setting. This includes tracking client progress and providing in home living assistance while being a mentor to all of our individuals. Maintaining detailed records and client files is also a primary function of this role.


The ideal candidate will be someone who is able to work independently and maintain a high degree of integrity.

Hire requirements: Employment references, Drug Screen, Criminal History Background Checks.High School Diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and clear driving record.Must be dependable and reliable excellent attendance.
