Overview


Direct Support Professional - Seminole


Friday, Saturday & Sundays 9PM-9AM OVERNIGHTS


***One year of professional IDD, DSP, Behavioral Health or Caregiving (CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT etc) experience required***


We are hiring compassionate, hard working, friendly and reliable Direct Support Professionals to work with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. (I/DD). If you don't have previous I/DD experience, we'll provide training!

Responsibilities


  • Teaching skills to promote independence
  • Mentoring individuals to help build social skills and relationships
  • Provide guidance and support in daily activities
  • Supporting community inclusion and integration
  • Assisting with daily living needs


Qualifications


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid FL driver's license
  • You might be driving to client's home or with client, so a reliable form of transportation
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Must have one year IDD, Care taking or Behavioral health experience in a professional setting
