Position Description:

• Manage schedule timelines to ensure that all deliverables and deadlines are met for each campaign.
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
• Assist in implementing and executing campaign strategies to achieve desired goals and objectives. This includes areas of revenue generation, execution, performance, and expense management.
• Traffic coordination/monitoring progress of campaigns compared to production schedule.
• Work with different teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall media strategy.
• Create and edit strategy and creative templates and maintain creative grids to help keep production teams and creative teams aligned.

Skills desired:

• 1-3 years of experience in Marketing
• Administrative/clerical skills – ability to adeptly manage outlook functions like meeting invites, word/excel/ppt functions, etc.
• The ability to work well with others, as well as to work on their own when needed.
• Ability to understand direct marketing procedures and processes.
• Detail oriented and organized
