Dir. Analytics & Investor Relations - On-Site

Sono Bello is the largest cosmetic surgery business and is a proud local privately held company in Greater Seattle. We operate more than 80 locations across the United States and continue to grow both organically and through new locations. Based on our growth we have a new position of Analytics & Investor Relations Director, who will work with the President/CEO to create and foster a mutually respectful relationships with private equity board members through facilitating consistent and dependable financial and strategic information that both educates on company performance in addition to managing expectation of Private Equity board members. With your depth of analytical skills and highly organized nature you ensure that we are meeting our business and reporting commitments and managing those deadlines with adequate time for review. You will not go it alone and will work closely with our CFO and other functional team members. Knowing how to bring data and content together for impactful presentations, you will prepare the quarterly formal Board presentation and help with the presentation of that work while your professional interactions skills will be on display in both your work with board members, our executive leadership team and other team members.

You will work out of our scenic office located at Carillon Point in Kirkland and have a hybrid schedule of four days in the office and one day remote, which some flexibility on the remote day as you need.

Here are some of the key things you will be responsible for:

• Ensure our IR messaging is aligned with and where applicable incorporated into company brand communications.
• Be an active listener and respond to questions from board members about the company’s IR narrative regarding financial results and strategic initiatives and act as a point of contact for ongoing board questions or needs provided rapid responses to board members.
• Assist in the development of information intended for the board or board members inclusive of educating Executive Leadership Team on the relative importance and communication approach.
• Actively monitor announcements from competitors to highlight financial results/forecasts, competitive trends, and the latest developments within the market segment and perform quarterly competitive and economic updates for the executive team and board.
• Help develop the reporting framework in addition to the cadence of preparation and collaboration on both monthly board financial performance reports and board decks for Quarterly Board meetings.
• Working with the President/CEO/CFO, ensure that we are meeting our business and reporting commitments and managing those deadlines with the board and investors.

To be successful you will have:

• Strong understanding of financial statements, market trends, and competitive analysis methods.
• Strong, advanced user Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
• 5+ years’ experience in FP&A, IR, Equity Research, Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity and/or Strategy and/or equity analysis at an investment bank or asset management firm.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant fields.
• Proficiency in valuation, forecasting, and advanced modeling experience.
• Mature, confident, and comfortable interacting with senior executive leadership team and board members and can adapt interaction style to suit the audience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills with an emphasis on clarity of message and content that is easily understood.

COMPENSATION:

At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The salary and bonus for this role will have an estimated range of $130,000 to $215,000 with the actual salary being commensurate with skills, experience, and potential.
