Description & Requirements


The Digital Operations and Deployment Lead will be a key enabler for highly visible Digital Products across all functional areas. The person will work closely with multiple leaders- VP’s- Product Owners- Platform Managers- Scrum Masters and Agile team members to continually monitor agile metrics- pod structure- determine staffing priorities and partner with Talent management and Finance to enable Pod Operations.


  • Contribute to improving the Operating Model for Digital and Agile Ways of Working
  • Build and coach high performing cross functional teams and Agile maturity assessment.
  • Determine staffing needs and priorities based on OKR’s- Product Roadmap and Value
  • Partner closely with Finance- Talent management- Chapter Leads- IT and Partners to effectively and efficiently staff the pod for successful delivery of Digital Products
  • Help facilitate quarterly PI Planning and other key events
  • Create best practices for pod management and operationalize them across Digital Products and Pods
  • Foster a continuous learning environment helping teams to inspect & adapt
  • Flag issues/risks and other key actions that may need to interface with non-agile portions of the company
  • Maintain and manage Agile tools like Jira- Jira Align- etc.
  • Facilitate large group discussions including those with key stakeholders
  • Lead management of pod operations based on metrics- working closely with senior stakeholders for Digital Platforms and Products


Who You Are


  • Confident and skilled at guiding the team through organizational road-blocks to allow Sprints to be completed on time
  • Quick learner with a natural curiosity
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • 3+ years of Agile and Scrum experience in a key Agile role like coach product owner
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence and Miro or other similar whiteboarding tool is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and navigate ambiguity
  • Design Thinking experience or certifications a plus
  • Experience and understanding of CPG- Retail or Manufacturing is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in digital and technology initiatives
  • Ability to promote innovative thinking and self-improvement within the team

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
