Position Summary Statement

The Digital Production Designer – Creative will be responsible for the design of digital assets as directed by Creative Service Manager. Digital Production Designer will focus on executing high-volume production tasks. The ideal candidate will have an expert command of graphic design software, the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment and an understanding of e-commerce and the impact of graphic assets in converting sales.

As a product designer, you will be...

• Fulfill other graphic design briefs as directed by Creative Services Manager
• Building page navigation buttons and search fields.
• Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Preparing and presenting rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
• Deliver assets to the spec of project briefs.
• Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
• Conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Responsible for the development of digital graphics used in the promotion of product and brand initiatives across multiple digital platforms.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience working with project management software and a Digital Asset Management tool.
• An understanding of brand image and positioning and how it relates to graphic design.
• Excellent, effective, and timely communication skills and the ability to translate the brand vision of the Organization and the customers’ wants/needs.
• Proven track record of building long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Experience working one on one with clients and recommending solutions.
• Proficient in Google platforms, virtual communication, design tool experience preferred.
• Ability to design moving images, gifs, edit video a plus.
• Ability to stay up to date on current design trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
