Description

The Digital Media Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing digital media campaigns for our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of digital media assets across various channels, ensuring that they are delivered on time and in accordance with the campaign objectives. You will be the go-to person for all operational aspects of our media initiatives.

Essential Job Functions:

  • DIGITAL MEDIA OPERATIONS: Collaborate with creative and media teams to traffic digital assets, ensuring they are delivered to the appropriate channels in a timely manner. Support with campaign delivery and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • MANAGE MEDIA SPECS: Create and maintain spec documents across all channels (social, video, programmatic), with understanding of traffic and video ad specifications (dimensions, file sizing, rich media capabilities, tagging limitations) across both brand and retail partners.
  • SUPPORT PNO (PERFORMANCE AND OPTIMIZATION): Assist in tactical planning for initiatives to drive measurable customer acquisition metrics including (but not limited to) new-to-brand buyers, subscription purchase and annual customer value (revenue). Maintain a clear blueprint for consumer journeys and manage the “PNO” (performance and optimization) of all projects and tactics.
  • DRIVE MEDIA QA: Conduct quality checks on digital media assets to ensure they meet the required specifications and adhere to brand guidelines. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to ad serving or creative assets.
  • SUPPORT REPORTING AND ANALYSIS: Participate in drafting, delivery and discussion of reporting and insight-driven analysis from connected commerce and growth marketing to inform future planning.

Position Requirements:

  • 1- 3 years of experience working with digital marketing, with a focus in digital media operation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing related fields such as Communications, Media Studies, Marketing and Advertising, Business.
  • 1- 3 years of experience working with social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Display & Video 360, etc.) and ad-serving technologies.
  • Digital media certifications a plus: Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to read and interpret written information communications including the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Salary Range USD 67,4000.00 to USD 79,300.00
