Job Description
The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement for the YMCA of Greater Cleveland. This role will work closely with the Membership, Philanthropy and other internal teams to develop and implement campaigns across a variety of channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), cross-domain tracking, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of and experience with digital marketing principles and practices, as well as the ability to think strategically and creatively. Salary: $59,300 - $74,200 D.O.E. Essential Functions: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the Y's overall business goals. Develop and implement campaigns across a variety of channels. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns. Analyze data and track results to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital marketing. Work with other departments to ensure that digital marketing efforts are aligned with the Y's overall goals. Duties: Research and analyze market trends: The Digital Marketing Strategist will stay up to date on the latest trends in digital marketing so they can create effective campaigns. This person will track the performance of different channels and platforms, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies that align with the Y's goals. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies: The Digital Marketing Strategist will work with stakeholders to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the Y's overall goals, creating plans that consider the target audience, budget, and timeline. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns: The Digital Marketing Strategist will monitor campaign performance and adjust as needed. The incumbent will track campaign metrics, such as website traffic, leads generated, and sales, to ensure that the campaign is meeting its goals. Analyze data and report on results: The Digital Marketing Strategist will use data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. The incumbent will report on their findings to stakeholders and use the data to make informed decisions about future campaigns. In addition to these duties, the Digital Marketing Strategist will also be responsible for: Creating and managing content: The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for creating and managing content for the Y's website, social media channels, and other digital properties. Managing the Y's digital assets: The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for managing the Y's digital assets, such as its website, social media accounts, and email marketing lists. Working with other departments: The Digital Marketing Strategist will work with other departments, such as Membership, Wellness, Philanthropy, Y-Haven and others to ensure that digital marketing efforts are aligned with the Y's overall goals. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field Experience 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing Technical qualifications Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics Experience with GA4, cross-domain tracking, meta tags Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices Familiarity with web design and HTML Strong analytical and project management skills Job Posted by ApplicantPro
