Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist II is responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, growth, content, and social media. Additionally, you will be assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategies, as well as tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics to inform future marketing efforts.


Reporting to the Digital Strategy Manager, this position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and product teams, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business objectives. The Digital Marketing Specialist II must have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques and stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.


Description

  • Moderate user-generated content from social media channels through Pixlee for website and email
  • Collaborate on content roadmap to translate brand priorities into cohesive marketing messaging in digital channels
  • Assist with the day-to-day management of the email marketing program - including personalization, segmentation, A/B testing, and scheduling
  • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content
  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tiktok, etc
  • Curate images for homepage, PDP, and other site experiences periodically
  • Craft and collaborate on copy for social media, ads, email, website, blogs, and other content channels as necessary
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • Iterate on creative and strategic aspects of digital growth marketing campaigns


Key Qualifications

  • A sharp eye for detail, including the ability to spot content errors and product issues on a live website
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management programs (Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, preferred
  • 2-4 years’ experience in social media, Marketing, PR, or eCommerce roles
  • Requires a passion for learning new technologies, contributing to broader team success, and a self-starter mentality


Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer
  • Operate in a professional office environment
  • Close vision requirements due to computer work
  • Moderate noise i.e. business office with computers, phone, printers and light traffic
  • Ability to see various shades of color
