Job Description
:


  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Create, schedule, and manage compelling social media content across platforms.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals and target audience.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively manage stock to ensure an adequate supply of materials for seamless operations.
  • Flexibility to assist with administrative duties and customer service as needed.
  • Conduct research to identify relevant trends, hashtags, and user-generated content to enhance engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use social media tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and generate insightful reports.
  • Assist with projects for executive, enhancing their overall efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify and evaluate new vendors to ensure the availability of quality materials and services for the office.


Requirements:


  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Spark is a bonus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to generate engaging content.
  • Understanding of social media platforms.
